Kemi Buluro is an Organizational Development Consultant who has worked with F500 companies and startups around the world to rebuild their business processes- with a focus on Process Simplification, Customer Understanding, Team Collaboration and Innovation.

She also creates simulation-based learning experiences (mostly games) that improve the adoption of new and improved processes. One of her simulation games is used by a Fortune 500 company to train Consultative Selling Techniques globally. The Strength Mascot is her first public game.

She speaks at global conferences for organizations like International Institute of Business Analysis and International Society for Performance Improvement. She is the author of the book ‘Sales start with the Customer' - a  narrative-styled business book that 'trains via reflection' a foundational mindset for building businesses around the customer's needs.
